Welwyn Garden City

This was a project to prepare 3 vacant industrial units for letting. The work included the removal of the old asbestos roof coverings and their replacement with new 115mm insulated composite roof panels. Roof lights were replaced along with the old asbestos sheets and the gutters were lined with a new gutter liner.

Inside, the building was cleared, and the electrics renewed by a qualified Welbro supply chain partner before the internal areas were decorated, including a refit for the toilets. The replacement of the old roof coverings with new bright white liners and GRP roof lights transformed the internal areas into a bright workspace.

To finish off the project the industrial doors were replaced or refurbished and windows renewed.
