Welbro was engaged to refurbish three vacant industrail units in preparation for re-letting. One of the units was covered with a new insulated over-roofing system.

Within the three units, internal works began with the stripping of old fixtures and fitting. The fit-out works included floor painting and building new offices, kitchens and toilets. New alarm systems and warehouse lighting was also installed.
