This was a project to renew the flat roof coverings to two office blocks in Cambridge and replace the defective gaskets in the curtain walling around these buildings.

The flat roofs were prepared and overlaid with a single-ply membrane before new walkways and safety lines were installed.

Meanwhile, the leaking gaskets in the elevations of curtain walling were systematically replaced, as the curtain walling itself was in good condition.
