Beddington

This was a project to refurbish a large industrial unit internally and externally in preparation for re-letting. The external works involved replacing the existing asbestos cement roof and GRP roof lights with a new built-up system, together with new retro-fit gutter liners.

New windows were installed as part of the internal fit-out, which included the refurbishment of the offices and toilets. The front external cladding was sprayed.
