We refurbished four vacant commercial units internally and externally. Externally, we replaced the roof, doors, and windows. Internally, it was a complete strip-out and refit, including offices, toilets, and warehouse/ production areas. In the gallery are some striking before and after photographs. |
Battersea
This project involved renovating four vacant adjoining commercial units in South West London. The old asbestos cement roofs were replaced with new Kingspan insulated panels, incorporating new roof lights.
The old roller shutter doors, personnel doors, and windows were replaced, and the internal office and production spaces were decorated and refitted.
The project was made more challenging by the fact that these units are adjacent to a busy railway line on two elevations. However, we are pleased to report that the roof was replaced without interrupting the local rail network.
