| This project was to replace the existing roof on this industrial unit and then undertake a new fit-out of the internal space. |
Barking
This project started with the replacement of the old asbestos cement roof with a new insulated built-up metal system. GRP roof lights were incorporated within the roofing system, allowing natural daylight within the building below. The existing gutters were lined.
Once the roofing works were complete, we moved inside the building where we carried out a full refurbishment programme. These works included new flooring, toilets, kitchen, M&E upgrades and general decoration.
