If you are currently experiencing a leak or similar problem with your building envelope and feel the time has come to sort it out we will organise a surveyor to visit you and make an initial assessment of the problem. They will be able to discuss the available solutions and, depending on the available access to the area, may be able to suggest a solution during this initial visit, which is free of charge.  A detailed report and quotation will follow shortly afterwards in this case.

If the nature and location of the problem requires specialist access equipment in order to safely undertake a more in-depth inspection, to be absolutely certain of the right solution, then we will be able to provide a quotation during our initial visit for a full survey with access equipment.
Again this full survey will be followed by a report and detailed quotation for recommended works. We endeavour to keep survey costs as low as possible and charge accordingly, usually for the access equipment alone.

Unfortunately, if your problem has just occurred and is a desperate emergency we don’t provide a 24 hour emergency call out service at this time and you may need to find another contractor who is set up for that type of situation, but if the problem is not too severe but swift action is required, we will prioritise your survey and get to you as soon as possible, normally within a day or two.
